Return Policy
We have a 14 day return policy. You have 14 days after recieving your item to request a replacement, return, or refund.
To be eligable your item must be in the same condition you recieved it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To process a return you can contact us at support@buynovadirect.net. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return and recived the return steps will not be accepted.
